Late Registration Tournament

The period during which players can still enter a tournament after it has started. Late reg periods typically last 1-3 hours.

Limit Hold'em General

A variant of Hold'em where bet sizes are fixed (e.g., $2/$4 means $2 bets preflop/flop, $4 bets on turn/river).

Limp Betting

Calling the big blind preflop instead of raising. Generally considered a weak play in modern poker, except in some multiway spots.
