Button (BTN) Positions

The most advantageous position at the table. The button acts last on every post-flop street, giving them maximum information.

Cutoff (CO) Positions

The position directly to the right of the button. The second-best position at the table, often used for stealing blinds.

Early Position Positions

The seats closest to the left of the big blind (UTG, UTG+1). These positions act first and require stronger hands to play.

Hijack (HJ) Positions

The position two seats to the right of the button. A middle-late position that can open a wider range than early position.
